Shipping/Handling

In order to keep the cost to our customers down, All Terrain Electronics ships via the United States Postal Service. Shipping charges are a flat $10.00 per package. You can expect to receive your shipment within 7 to 10 days of purchase. (This could be sooner depending on where you are located.)

Please note that All Terrain Electronics currently ships within the United States only.

Product Availability

All items are subject to availability from distributor. In the event an item is ordered that is currently out-of-stock, you will be notified via email. At that point you will have the option to wait for product availibility, or cancel the sale. If the sale is cancelled any money received will be returned.

Return/Exchange Policy

All Terrain Electronics offers a return/exchange policy for defective equipment only. Any goods which prove to be defective within 20 days of purchase may be exchanged for a replacement of the same model. The replacement of your order will be processed once we have received the defective equipment. The following guidelines must be met for consideration of an exchange:

• Equipment must be accompanied with a valid Return Authorization Number. To obtain a valid return authorization number, email ran@allterrainelectronics.com, or call 973-713-0006. No returned merchandise will be accepted with out a valid return authorization number on the shipping label.
• All defective returns must be postmarked within 5 business days from the issue date of the return authorization number. Packages not post marked within 5 business days of issue date may be rejected by All Terrain Electronics.
• All defective returns must be in the original packaging with all manufacturer's included accessories along with the manuals and instructions. Missing accessories will result in a charge of the actual replacement cost of those items.
• The merchandise box must have the UPC on the box (not have been cut off) and the box must not be damaged or cut. Original merchandise box must not be defaced or altered in any way. Merchandise initially shipped "double-boxed" must be returned in like fashion.
